RENT OUR SPACE
ClearStory Arts rents both our Workspace and Gallery for private events, personal projects, photoshoots, and more. Both spaces include restrooms, a shared kitchen, and handicap-accessible entry.
Rentals are available between 9am and 9pm and must include set up and clean up times. Rentals do not include staff support, aside from getting you access to the room at the right time and being available onsite in case of emergencies.

WORKSPACE RENTAL
Our Workspace rental is our most popular. This is best for private projects, photoshoots (on our seamless photo backdrop), workshops, or whatever else you can imagine - as long as it's art-related.
Capacity: 15 people (plus instructor)
Equipment: 15 shop stools, 5 adjustable height workbenches, seamless photo backdrop, and locker available for multiple contracted bookings (like classes).
Cost: $35/hour, 2 hour minimum
Requirements: signed contract and invoice paid at least 24 hours in advance to book

GALLERY RENTAL
Our Gallery rental is much larger, and is best for networking events, company luncheons, happy hours, speaking events, etc.
Capacity: 130 maximum (including staff)
Equipment: 45 chairs, 2 cocktail tables. Additional chairs and tables may have delivery coordinated with our staff beforehand.
Cost: $100/hour, 4 hour minimum
Requirements: liability agreement, 50% security deposit, event insurance, and either TABC alcohol license or hiring a licensed mobile caterer. Proof of insurance and alcohol licenses are required at least one week in advance. An artwork exhibition will be on display alongside your event, so no wall decorations are allowed (though you can certainly get creative in the central space!). Please contact us as far in advance as possible to book the Gallery.
NOTE: Our calendar is reserved sometimes months in advance, so we can't promise any specific time until we discuss with you directly. No bookings are allowed during events hosted by ClearStory Arts. Please wait for a staff member to reach out before confirming your event.
